Talk to us directly

We’ll acknowledge your complaint within three working days and aim to resolve it within 15 working days. If it’s going to take a bit longer, we’ll keep you in the loop.

Independent review

If you’re not happy with the resolution we’ve come up with, please don’t worry. You can refer your complaint The Property Redress Scheme. A free, independent service to help resolve disputes.
